Howell, Romeo and Gell Make the Move to Partner Engineering and Science, Inc.- September 2008

Partner seeks to employ the best in the business and our three new Partners are proof of our endeavor.

Evans Howell
Evans Howell is a pioneer in the environmental and engineering due diligence industry. As an original principal of National Assessment Corporation, he created the industry's largest due diligence practice and seeks to top that accomplishment with Partner.  He is known coast to coast for his expertise in due diligence. Areas where he has distinguished himself include Fannie and Freddie due diligence, portfolio work in Mexico and CMBS due diligence.  
 
Evans joins Partner as a principal and will lead our efforts to become the nation's preferred due diligence firm for the capital markets. 

Frank Romeo
Frank Romeo is a 12 year veteran and has been Evan's right hand over the past 5 years.  Mr. Romeo is a well qualified project manager with experience in all 50 states, Mexico and Canada.  Mr. Romeo also brings a wide array of technical skills including expertise in Fannie/Freddie due diligence, experience in characterizing and financing contaminated properties, and expertise in large portfolio management. 
  
Mr. Romeo joins Brian Mende, PG as our second principal in Partner's New Jersey office.

Summer Gell
Summer Gell is a 10 year veteran and has been Evan's left hand over the past 3 years.  Ms. Gell has advised lenders and real estate investors nationally for the past 10 years.   She is very active in the world of Fannie/Freddie due diligence and has assisted lenders in fulfilling their due diligence needs and in writing their internal due diligence policies.   Ms. Gell significantly expands our technical expertise as she has accrued a great deal of big science experience in environmental testing and environmental cleanups.
 
Ms. Gell joins Jeff Kiec and Evans Howell as the senior staff in Partner's Dallas office.
