Michael Gross

Mr. Gross is a Senior Project Manager at Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner) on the Renewable Energy team. He manages the Independent Engineering (IE) reviews of solar PV projects as well as renewable natural gas (RNG) projects. He conducts and manages solar feasibility assessments in the utility-scale, commercial and industrial (C&I), and community solar markets. In addition to technical due diligence, Mr. Gross assists renewable energy clients with the permitting and interconnection process, contractual reviews, and construction oversight throughout the project lifecycle.

Mr. Gross has experience with solar projects across the United States and abroad. He shares his knowledge through leadership roles in projects with Engineers Without Borders (EWB) and the National Science Foundation (NSF).
