About Ryan
Ryan Golden has over ten years of experience in the environmental and engineering due diligence consulting industry and is a Principal at Partner. He currently serves as Operations Manager for the West Region and also manages Partner’s Seattle office and Northwest Region. His primary area of expertise is in the environmental and physical due diligence field, where he has managed and conducted thousands of Property Condition Assessments, Phase I Environmental Assessments, Environmental Transaction Screens, Phase II Subsurface Investigations, environmental remediation projects, asbestos and lead-based paint inspections (including sampling), short- and long-term radon sampling, and other related environmental assessments for a vast array of sites, including apartment buildings/complexes, mixed-use high rise buildings, commercial office buildings, multi-tenant commercial complexes, industrial warehouses and manufacturing facilities, dry cleaners, gas stations, oil fields, raw land, and auto repair facilities.
Mr. Golden also currently works as a relationship manager providing consulting services and transactional due diligence solutions to a variety of client types, both local and nationwide, including developers, brokers, property owners, private equity funds and a variety of lenders including SBA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, portfolio, and insurance lenders. Mr. Golden’s experience allows him to provide risk-based solutions with his strong understanding of environmental and structural due diligence risk.
