Chris leads a national practice group providing construction risk management to institutional real estate investors in equity and debt positions on all types of construction. The Institutional Construction Services group (ICS) enters projects up to a year before construction to evaluate development opportunities, provide comprehensive project review to daylight and help clients manage project risk in context of current market conditions and inform decision-making.
