Torrance, CA – April 15, 2019 – Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner), a national engineering, environmental and energy consulting firm headquartered in Torrance, CA has acquired ECO Advisors, LLC (ECO) on April 1, 2019. ECO is an environmental and industrial hygiene services firm located in Palm Beach Gardens, which will significantly grow Partner’s presence in the State of Florida.

ECO, a 28-year-old company, provides a wide range of environmental services including industrial hygiene assessments such as asbestos, mold, and lead; IAQ, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, soil and groundwater contamination, storage tanks management, and OSHA/EPA compliance. Some of ECO’s staff are registered as Certified Industrial Hygienists, Florida ACAC Certified Indoor Environmental Consultants, Licensed Mold Inspectors, EPA Lead Risk Assessors, and Licensed Asbestos Consultants. Florida has stringent requirements for industrial hygiene work and, as a result, ECO has been able to secure major projects and multi-year contracts with private clients, counties, municipalities, school districts, and the Florida Department of Transportation.
