Brandon R. Weber, a commercial real estate consultant and construction services specialist, has joined Partner Engineering and Science Inc. (Partner), an international due diligence, design and construction risk management firm headquartered in Torrance, California, as a Relationship Manager.
Based out of Partner’s Framingham, MA office, Mr. Weber will oversee an assortment of due diligence assessments and construction risk management services for Partner’s New England commercial real estate clients across all market sectors. Mr. Weber’s deep experience with risk management, and knowledge of local banking transaction policies, will greatly grow Partner’s presence in the New England market. Specifically, Mr. Weber will facilitate Partner’s suite of Construction Risk Management services, such as Construction Progress Monitoring and Funds Control and Disbursement, in addition to core due diligence services such as Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments and Property Condition Assessments.
Mr. Weber brings over a decade of experience in construction and development. Over the course of his career, he has applied his business development and problem-solving skills towards sales, management, putting together terms to facilitate deals, and helping clients better understand the cost, scope and concerns related to their projects. As a former attorney, Mr. Weber provides additional knowledge about stakeholder policies and regulatory compliance, as well as the transactional details of the commercial real estate sector.

Prior to joining Partner, Mr. Weber has spent the last few years as a sales consultant, business development manager, and senior account executive at leading environmental and engineering firms. As a risk management consultant, Mr. Weber was responsible for over $1 Million in direct revenue, and another $500K in indirect revenue, by supporting seller/doers at EBI Consulting, in addition to establishing a New England remediation services practice. He has a wide range of experience with clients across all sectors and markets, from large institutional lenders, to regional and local banks, to private and public entities. He has been responsible for comprehensive project management and staff training; interfacing between engineers and clients throughout the scope of projects; implementing sales strategies for marketing and selling services to banks; and successfully developing region-specific growth initiatives for multiple markets

Mr. Weber has a BA in history from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA and a JD from New England Law in Boston, MA. He established and ran a successful private practice focused on litigation and loss investigations. The firm provided representation for insurers in pre-litigation investigations arising from fire and oil spill damage; construction trades involved in contract disputes; trial and litigation services for small businesses, insurers, and individuals; and general legal support for real estate and business transactions.
