Cohn is passionate about continual improvement in building design and management, incorporating forward thinking perspectives and goals such as resilience, energy efficiency, sustainability, and technology enhancements. At Partner, he will leverage a larger and more multidisciplinary team to help his clients innovate, manage long-term risks, and achieve greater ROI through measures that yield greater efficiencies and new revenue streams.
“I’m excited to join the Partner platform and to offer clients a much greater depth of resources and depth of reporting,” shared Cohn. “What’s the point of being a trusted advisor if you can’t solve the problems you find? At Partner we have the opportunity to do that on a much broader scale.”
As a design and building enthusiast, Cohn is a frequent author on a wide range of topics. “I’m fascinated by the way buildings are constructed, and then later the way they fall apart, and I love to talk about the connection between the two,” he noted. “Decisions made in the design and construction of a building can lead to a longer, or shorter, life of a building.”
