About the Project
Partner was engaged by the client to provide a variety of Construction Risk Management (CRM) services in the development of this new sports facility complex in Manalapan, NJ. This 170,000 square-foot indoor facility includes:
- A 25,000 square-foot state-of-the-art indoor baseball training center
- A 25,000 square-foot gymnasium
- A 44,000 square-foot outdoor turf field
- A 90,000 square-foot indoor turf field with a 54-foot roof
- 7 batting cages
- A full-sized baseball/softball indoor field
- A full-sized indoor soccer field
- Several multi-purpose rooms
- Comfortable viewing areas for all sports events
Partner provided the lender the following services: Document and Cost Review, Contractor Evaluation, 12 Construction Progress Monitoring reports, 13 Funds Control draws, and a Completion Commitment.
