About the Project
Partner provided construction document and cost review as well as construction progress monitoring services for an office renovation project, including replacement of the roof covering involving the removal and reinstatement of the a/c plant and water tanks. The refurbishment continued with the formation of a lobby/reception area, upgrade to office areas, and repairs to roadways and car parks.
With the client under pressure to deliver the site to an incoming tenant, Partner was challenged to keep the project on schedule. Crane removal of the a/c plant required careful planning, as time and space were limited, and high winds were in the forecast. Despite the weather and pandemic-related issues, the project was completed on time and within budget.
