About the Project
Partner served as the lender’s Independent Engineer and Construction Risk Management (CRM) services provider for a portfolio of photovoltaic solar projects. Partner’s due diligence included a complete review of project contracts and a technical review and verification of the designs and energy production models. A full review of construction was also performed including EPC contracts, budgets, equipment and labor procurement, and project schedules.
Partner provided Construction Progress Monitoring and Funds Control services during the construction of the portfolio. Using our proprietary fund control system we tracked original budgets against buyouts and progress on the site to verify budget adequacy. Partner’s fund control program further reduced construction-related risk ensuring all subcontractors and suppliers were paid directly using construction loan funds.
