About the Project
As part of the client’s redevelopment of this premier beach front resort, Partner managed and directed various projects, including asbestos investigation and sampling, as well as the specification development related to the renovation projects, followed by the monitoring of all asbestos abatement.
Working with the site development team, Partner assisted in permitting the installation of new petroleum storage tanks, as well as drafting Spill Prevention Containment and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans for these aboveground storage tanks.
Periodically, as requested by the client, Partner has conducted indoor air quality surveys and monitoring during the site’s re-development.
