About the Project

U.K. REIT WP Carey engaged Partner to provide due diligence services in support of securing finance to purchase a one million square foot logistics/operations centre in Solihull, England. Partner performed an environmental site assessment as well as a building survey during the final phase of construction. After construction was completed, Partner performed additional property inspections in conjunction with the practical completion and the handover to the incoming tenant, Jaguar Land Rover. Partner continued to provide technical advice following the handover as well as clarification to the legal team.
