Partner completed Construction Risk Management services for the $8.2 million construction of a new 4-story, 82-room hotel in order to secure financing of a USDA loan.
Partner also provided a Construction Completion Commitment per the USDA construction bond alternative regulation, as the independent disbursement and monitoring firm that guarantees project construction and completion.
Additional scopes included a Document and Cost Review (DCR), Contractor Evaluation (CE) and 12 Construction Progress Monitoring (CPM) Reports and 12 Funds Control with Disbursement (FD) occurrences.
Partner completed both the CE and DCR within 3 weeks of receiving documentation per the signed agreement, and continues to complete site visits and draw inspections each month. As part of the CE, Partner reviewed and evaluated the proposed contractor’s capabilities as it related to the construction of the new Comfort Suites hotel.
