Partner performed Construction Risk Management (CRM) services for T&A Farm for the building and construction of four new chicken houses, as well as the upgrade of four existing structures. The project included the following services:
This effort proved a unique departure for Partner, as the borrower for this construction also served as the general contractor which resulted in a very tailored service offering, conducting more frequent CPM and FD. Partner visited the site weekly during the 23-week construction schedule including six reports to the client regarding project status. Reports included details on the permit status, manpower/Trades, Field Monitoring and Testing, review of deficiencies (if applicable), materials stored on-site and/or off-site, site condition, quality of constructions, schedule, adequacy of funds, punch list items, and Certificate of Occupancy (when applicable).
