Designed by world-renowned architect Cesar Pelli, Cleveland’s Key Tower has the impressive designation of being the tallest building between Philadelphia and Chicago. At 63 stories, Key Tower stands tall at the heart of Cleveland’s Key Center, the hub of the city’s financial district, which includes a 27-story Marriott Hotel and the 10-story Historic Society Savings Bank.
In 2016, Partner was honored to perform the transactional Environmental and Engineering Due Diligence for the three buildings that make up Key Center, conducting comprehensive Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) of these iconic Downtown Cleveland landmarks.
In preparation of a proposed 20 million dollar renovation, Partner’s PCA team evaluated the building’s numerous systems, which includes an astounding 1.5 million square feet of combined office space, a 400-guestroom hotel, boasting a 64-seat auditorium, 500,000 square feet of bank space, and a 900-space underground parking garage.
