A number of projects were successfully undertaken on the Merck Campus in both the City of Rahway and the City of Linden over a twelve year period as summarized below.

Spill Collection System (Linden) – Partner professionals designed and obtained local and NJDEP approval for a spill collection system which was a substantial drainage project covering approximately 30 acres on the east side of the 90 acre site including a stream relocation, collection system and pump station.

North Plant Garage & West Garage (Linden and Rahway) – Partner professionals prepared a site plan and approvals and provided construction administration for two parking garages and related roadway and utility modifications.

New Office Building – Partner professionals prepared a site plan and approvals for a new, five story, 284,000 sf office building. The project required considerable effort for utility relocation and permits for water and sewer.

Child Care Center – Partner professionals prepared a site plan for the addition (22,500 sf) of the Child Care Center.

Cafeteria Addition – Partner professionals prepared a site plan and utility relocations for a cafeteria addition.
