Topgolf, a rapidly growing business developing a specialized nightlife and activity center centered around golf, constructed its first facility in South Florida in 2017. Partner had the privilege of performing a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment on the undeveloped land consisting of over 15 acres prior to acquisition and construction. Upon completion of their new 65,000 SF facility, Partner then completed a Property Condition Assessment for the sale-leaseback of the facility. Partner’s Property Condition Assessment was then used by the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) to help negotiate obligations (NNN) and asset management of the facility throughout the lease term.
