Yes, We Can Still Support Your Loans

We continue to perform assessments and provide reports to our valued Fannie & Freddie lender clients. Our first priority is keeping our staff and our clients safe, so all assessors have been trained on social hygiene practices and will perform their site visits in the safest manner possible.

We continue to monitor lockdown and stay-at-home orders throughout the country. In some areas, our services are considered essential and we may continue operations; in others, access to sites may be limited. We will work to provide solutions to these challenges on a case-by-case basis. For sites where our access is limited, we have developed a menu of options for limited or virtual observation for your consideration. Please note that these alternative methods pose various degrees of limitations and may require a waiver by the lender and/or pre-approval by the Fannie or Freddie underwriter.

Virtual Site Assessments for COVID-19 Related Access Limitations

Partner is prepared to offer alternative approaches to assessing facilities where access may be limited. Partner can work with the client to conduct a video-call inspection (ex Facetime, WhatsApp or Zoom), or take specific interior photos. Check out a video of how this works!
